Scott brings more than a decade of experience across residential repair, painting and restoration, exterior carpentry, property maintenance, and home improvement.
Before starting Northstead, Scott owned and operated a residential painting and restoration business and later managed and completed residential and light-commercial handyman projects here in North Vancouver. His experience spans both hands-on field work and the planning behind it—from assessing problems and developing scopes to estimating, coordinating materials, and seeing projects through to completion.
Every Northstead project starts with understanding what needs to be done and talking through the most practical way forward.
The goal isn’t to overcomplicate the work or sell a bigger project than necessary. It’s to provide honest guidance, skilled workmanship, clear communication, and respect for your home—from the first conversation through to the final clean-up.
