PROJECT STORY
This aging enclosed porch required a combination of investigation, repair and finishing work to restore the space.
Existing conditions were assessed and portions of the ceiling were opened where required to investigate and access affected areas. Localized repairs were then completed before the interior surfaces were prepared and refinished.
The floor was also restored and coated, bringing the various repairs together into a cleaner, refreshed and more functional finished space.
